Cancellation Policy
In order to best serve our guests and team, we kindly ask that the following cancellation policy is upheld. We will require a credit card or gift card to reserve your desired appointment date and time. Due to a high demand, we ask that if you are unable to make your appointment, you call by 7pm the previous day (close of business) to avoid being charged and to allow us to call our waiting list to fill that timeslot. No shows are subject to 100% fee, and last minute cancellations are subject to 50% fee. We greatly appreciate your understanding to this policy.
